Mobilink Extends In-Flight Roaming for Jazz Customers
Mobilink has partnered with Emirates and Malaysia Airlines through its partner network AeroMobile to extend its In-Flight Roaming for its Jazz customers. In-Flight roaming enables passengers to safely use their GSM mobile phones during flights – after takeoff and before landing. Currently, this service is being provided on Emirates Airlines on more than 268 flights including 122 international flight routes across 52 countries with aggressive plans to roll out across fleets and other airlines in future. The handheld devices, made by Canadian company Research In Motion, have previously only been available in China to employees of a few major companies.
