You should also understand that it is important that the amount of calories that you take in daily must be lower than the calories that you are able to burn during exercise in order to meet your target weight.
Chew a gum while cooking as this will send the appropriate signal to your brain for the sensation of actually eating and will trigger a response as if your stomach is full.
