The Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation (PBC) has started live streaming of its broadcasts on the Internet. The step has been taken to bridge the divide through enhancing focus on integration of communication and opportunities for development. By streaming on the Internet, Radio Pakistan has not only extended its radius of coverage but also provided easy access to its listeners worldwide. According to a statement issued by the PBC, programmes of National Broadcasting Service (NBS) can now be listened live on the Internet.
