Pakistan Telecommunication Authority PTA established a dedicated Consumer Complaint Cell in January 01, 2002 with a view to provide a platform to lodge their respective complaints against telecom licensees with an aim to ensure expeditious relief to their respective grievances against telecommunication services. Till July 2009, more than 80,000 complaints have been received and redressed by the said Cell.

I have come to know that Two Sims of mobilink are working on my name i have contacted their customer service center but no action has been taken
i have a sim of mobilink and using my sim # 03002525184 and after my continuosly complaining from 3-4 times.this sim always issued to some one else.so it is a requset to kindly stop these kind of actions so we can avail the mobile services otherwise this is rediculus
