Ben Roethlisberger Accuser and Sexual Assault Claims Update. Reports are indicating that the second accuser in the Ben Roethlisberger sexual assault claims appeared “hysterical” when she showed up at the police department with three other females. Big Ben, the quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers has been combating sexual assault claims since last July.

In July of 2009, Andrea McNulty came forward and claimed that Roethlisberger raped her after he lured here in to his hotel room at a Nevada Harrah’s where she worked. Since then, the validity of her claims has been questioned not only because there was no evidence and no police reports filed, but also because of the accuser’s mental health issues.

McNulty is said to have had a fictitious relationship with a soldier in Iraq that was actually the wife of a married man that she allegedly had an affair with. McNulty fell for the soldier (who didn’t exist –but she didn’t know that) and even told people they were engaged.

Many people looked past Andrea McNulty’s claims, but this time the accuser is a young college student that allegedly met Roethlisberger at a bar in Georgia. She claims he followed her into the bathroom and assaulted her.
She went to the hospital to be checked out and she went to the police. There is an investigation underway, but no charges have been filed. Roethlisberger’s agent claims that they are skeptical of the motive of the second accuser. The name of the accuser is being withheld, which is proper procedure in the event of a sexual crime.
